Vision: "Keep safe, the path of light"

Mission: To ensure safe detention of the prisoners, strict security for prison and discipline among the prisoners, conduct humanitarian activities with the prisoners, ensure proper meeting with their residence, food, medical and relatives, friends and lawyers, and rehabilitation in society as a good citizen. To provide necessary motivation and training.
